The room was impeccable & big with wrap around balcony. The staff were very friendly, attentive. The hotel's location was magnificent, so close to the beach, the Halong Bay, and the restaurant. It also was to various islands.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

This place was comfortable for our trip with my partner as we enjoyed a well-appointed and neat room with a balcony.

The breakfast offered variety of food and was great. Appreciated our rooms with balcony. Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant, amazing Halong Bay, and the piano bar. Tuan Chau district was worth exploring.

The boat had a classy feel and beautiful decoration. the beds and pillows were the best we've experienced in Vietnam. the staff were exceptional, attentive, and helpful. There were lots of optional activities and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the food was tasty with a large variety to choose from. Trips to the islands and cave were fun despite the weather. We highly recommend the 2 night 3 day cruise for a memorable experience. Special thanks to our cruise manager Richard and server Korine for their outstanding service.

My recent stay at Paradise Elegance Cruise was an incredible experience. The ship was beautifully kitted out and the interior was clean and gorgeous. The staff onboard showed incredible hospitality, making sure that every need was met. The food onboard was excellent and the restaurant provided one of the best quality and presented meals I have had in Vietnam. The scenery of Ha Long Bay was unforgettable and a must-see if visiting Hanoi. I highly recommend this cruise for a luxurious and exceptional experience.
